Branding-The Bottom Line
Anthony’s most recent Washington Business Journal article, “Don’t Discount the Online Deals-They May Pay Off,”
offered best practices for taking advantage of Groupon, LivingSocial and other online discount deal services. It’s vital to experiment with what sort of promotion invigorates your customer base but always be aware of the importance of first impressions. Many customers will get their first exposure to your brand through these deal-a-day services so be confident that your strategy ensures continued engagement beyond the length of the deal. Sign up for the Washington Business Journal to catch Anthony’s next article on Gap’s logo debacle.
